ABOUT TREASURE CHEST

Treasure Chest Storage was built in 2009, and features 26 large secure, climate controlled storage units. The facility is conveniently located near the intersection of two major interstates: I-75 and I-70 close to the Dayton International Airport, allowing tenants to quickly get to and from their destinations. Plus, the central location between many major Midwest cities, lakes, and campgrounds, make our location convenient for nearly any activity, including camping, RVing, boating, and more!

Unit Features & Amenities

Each individual unit has its own metered electrical service with a 100 amp panel, and both 50 and 20 amp receptacles. Units are also well-insulated and dry-walled which naturally maintains favorable temperatures versus the outdoors, and also includes propane heaters and the ability to easily add an air conditioner for true climate control.

 

Facility Features & Amenities

The facility offers gated security with cameras and remote openers, property-wide WiFi, a 24/7 accessible common area with meeting space and a bathroom, and RV conveniences such as on property septic waste disposal and a fresh water pump. We also utilize a property management tool which gives our tenants the convenience of scheduling and submitting free electronic payments, as well as the ability to submit maintenance requests and manage current and future leases online or through a smart phone app!

Unit Sizes

Each unit is 50' in length and 16' tall, and the widths vary by unit, ranging from 16' to 23'. All garage doors are 14' tall, and the widths range from 12' to 14' depending on the unit width.
